Our university recently investigated obtaining access to El Pais. After some time, the following response was received:
El Pais has two different kinds of contracts. The first one is personal and allows the access to www.elpais.es using an email address and a password. The second one deals with a subscription through IPs. The IPs give access to the users without their password but through a specific IP address. The price of each subscription is 80 Euros. However, the minimum of accesses that a company needs to have the IP subscription is 10 users.
The progressive discounts depending on the amount of accounts are:
10 accounts 10% of discount
From 11 to 20 accounts 15% of discount
Etc., etc.
If you wish to have the entire response from Customer Service, I'd be glad to fax/mail it to you, as I only have a print copy of it.

We have and have had no reply. Probably because of a language barrier.
