Hi
We've got problems with Min Soc and Schweizerbart journals, but most of our Ingenta journals don't have any 2005 issues yet, so it's difficult to know the extent of the problem.

Subject: Anyone Else Out There Experiencing Problems With Accessing 2005
Issues of Some Publishers Journals on IngentaConnect?
Hi,
Quite by accident - isn't it always way this happens? - whilst checking our
access to our Royal Society of Medicine Press subscriptions on
IngentaConnect I noticed that we didn't have access to the 2005 issues of
one of our journals. I then checked the rest of our RSM Press subscriptions
and found that we didn't have access to the 2005 issues of 4/5 of our
subscriptions.
I then began checking whether this was a problem just related to the RSM
Press journals.
In fact what has transpired is that we are having problems with accessing
the 2005 issues of a number of publishers on IC. So far we have identified
the following as having problems with 2005 issues:
College of Occupational Therapists
Industrial Relations Service
International Life Sciences Institute
IP Publishing
Mineralogical Society
NRC Research Press
Oxford University Press
Policy Press
Professional Engineering Publishing
Radcliffe Publishing Ltd
RSM Press
White Horse Press
Our access to the 2005 issues of some publishers doesn't seem to be affected
and we have the 2005 access rights that we would expect. However, it is
impossible to check some publishers as there is still no 2005 content for
all titles on IngentaConnect.
I have emailed ingenta and the relevant publishers about the problems we are
having. I did try and speak to someone at ingenta just to see if this was a
temporary problem. However, not being a premium customer I haven't been able
to speak to any person apart from a voicemail machine. As a result I have
continued to send emails as I uncover more problems.
I have also spoken to a colleague at another institution to see if they were
having similar problems. They did a couple of checks and confirmed they were
having similar problems, but that no one had spotted this yet.
One publisher has intimated to me that the problem may relate to gracing.
Have others on this list found problems with accessing 2005 issues of some
of their publishers on IngentaConnect?
Could Ingenta please clarify what the problem is and how soon it is going to
be resolved?
Cheers
Lesley
