Hello List,
I requested usage statistics from IngentaConnect on Monday 4th July. After
filling in the required fields and pressing the right buttons, I was
informed that the statistics file would be delivered to my email address in
the next 24-hours. Four days later, I still have not received anything from
Ingenta. Two days ago I emailed their helpdesk but have not heard back from
them either. Our site does not subscribe to Ingenta's Premium service but
they did offer "standard" statistics which is what I went for.
Is it normal to have to wait days for Ingenta statistics, and for their
helpdesk to respond?
