Just a few words about experience of a small publisher
(www.turpion.org).
We enable online access to full-text articles within three working
days of a Subscribing Institution registering on our website, and the
library is then notified via email. It is important to pass through
online registration, and then in addition to full-text articles
archive to access our web-based usage data reports, available directly
to library administrators.
Once registered, a library need not register again - access is updated
automatically upon renewal to the 'Print+Online' or 'Online Only'
option. In the case of customer number change, it is our internal
problem to sort it out.
We give a three-month grace period during the renewal season to
continue online access to the subscribed titles.
