I think you can use any order you like.
For instance, on our site we do the installations simultaneously for all of
the nodes.
I can suggest the following order, if you like: CE, SE, WN, UI, MON.
But as I said you probably can do some nodes in the same time. Just one
remark that most probably you would need to restart mds when all of the
nodes up and running and your batch system daemons.
But of course, may be there is some proper order, I am not aware of. :) The
parallel installation and configuration work fine for us.
Also, I would suggest using SLC instead of RH 7.3.
