Hello,
I realized that the command
/usr/sbin/pbs_server -t create
sets the configuration files to default values. It also removes any existing queues and jobs. All of this can be configured manually (at least for what I know). In this case the problems with the pbs_server start/stop, dissapear. Anyway, my question is if this is a good idea or there's a better way to solve the problem?.
Thanks
Dani
