If anyone is interested, i.e. running edg-wl-lbserver 2.1.69-2:
In /opt/lcg/lib/python/jobstatus.py on your RB:
rgma_time = map(lambda x: "%.2d"%x, time.gmtime(int(stateEnterTime)))
should be:
rgma_time = map(lambda x: "%.2d"%x,
time.gmtime(int(string.atol(stateEnterTime)*0.001)))
