Hi Maarten,
I did some verifications on the RB-BDII-UI and here are the results :
1 ) globus-job-submit works correctly :
[aberiach@rb1 hello]$ globus-job-submit ce1.egee.fr.cgg.com -np 1
/bin/hostname
https://ce1.egee.fr.cgg.com:20018/22655/1106908265/
[aberiach@rb1 hello]$ globus-job-status
https://ce1.egee.fr.cgg.com:20018/22655/1106908265/
DONE
2) edg-job-list-match
[aberiach@rb1 hello]$ edg-job-list-match hello.jdl
Selected Virtual Organisation name (from JDL): dteam
Connecting to host rb1.egee.fr.cgg.com, port 7772
**** Error: API_NATIVE_ERROR ****

3 ) edg-job-submit
[aberiach@rb1 hello]$ edg-job-submit -debug hello.jdl

It sounds a logging and bookkeeping problem ?
4) the ports 9002 9000 7772 are open.
[aberiach@ui1 hello]$ telnet rb1.egee.fr.cgg.com 9000

Any ideas ?

I had to start them manually to have them working. And now they are
inserted in chkconfig after a reboot.
