You are right but if sites are discouraged from doing it can you explain
me how this can be solved? We never go forward like that only in circle.
I've corrected values on my SE this week. I space used and available
calcualted on quotas per experiment rather than on global disk space, I've
changed GlueSAPolicyQuota to the value assigned to the experiment and I've
changed GlueSAPolicyFileLifeTime to volatile.
Maybe it is all useless, maybe not. :)
