It is relevant to people who would like to use the LCG AFS distribution
of the LCG 2.6.0 UI that CERN makes available.
If a user has a machine with SL 3 installed and an AFS client, he/she
can avoid installing an LCG 2.6.0 UI. He/She can:
source
/afs/cern.ch/project/gd/LCG-share/2.6.0/sl3/etc/profile.d/grid_env.[c]sh
and use the UI installation via AFS.
Therefore I broadcasted the news.
Hope I was clearer.
