The GIIS Monitor "Testzone" contains all sites that appear in the GOC DB
and are not certified or not marked as "Production". In that sense there
still is a testzone, but it is no longer associated with the default BDII
"all-sites" configuration, which only contains all sites that supposedly
have been certified (and are marked as being in production).
