If WNs are routed through CE, iptables rules in new BDII are blocking
communication from WNs to BDIIs on 2170 port.
If this is the problem, replace the rule being added to PREROUTING chain
with the copy of the rule being added to OUTPUT chain in
/etc/init.d/lcg-bdii and /opt/lcg/bdii/sbin/lcg-bdii-update
