Hi,

I have spent the morning looking into all the R-GMA problems using the 
SFT web page. For anyone who does not know this page it can be found at 
the following URL.

Out of  137 sites 60 seem to have R-GMA working, 26 do not have R-GMA 
working and that leaves 51 site where  test jobs could not be run test jobs.
Out of the 26 sites that have problems, 8 don't have tomcat running on 
the MON box,  6 are suffering from the Upgrade problem and 3 have the 
firewall misconfigured.

The other problems are;  2  have a C API problem,  2 have a 
configuration problem, 2 have another problem with the tests related to 
LCG-2_3_0 and 3 have other problems. The other problems include one site 
that does not have a C++ compiler and one site that does not have R-GMA 
installed.

In summary out of 86 sites that have tried to install R-GMA on 2_3_x or 
2_4_0, there are only 7 sites that I think have any kind of problem that 
need investigating. Those site are most welcome to contact me if would 
like any help in solving these problems.
