Hi Louis,
I support your solution because it certainly is effective and doesn't
require big discussions.
However I'd like to comment on CERN linux team who impose on you this
constrain of not distributing packages included in SLC to other sites. I
think that the 2 things should be kept well separated. I don't want to be
forced to use SLC because other ditributions end up requiring more work
due to this CERN _internal_ request.
