1) The BDII now requires a password. This is set to a random string by
YAIM and LCFGng. If this has not been set there must have been a
problem during the YAIM configuration.
2) The BDII no longer requires a cron job. The cron job should be deleted.
3) If you want to provide production quality services then you should
install the RB and BDII on separate nodes.
