Hi,
I can see the site giis now but the lcg-gt command still fails because it
can`t find the gsiftp protocol for castor.grid.sinica.edu.tw
I expect to see in your site giis
dn: GlueSEUniqueID
followed by something with gsiftp
but it`s not there. Did you perhaps also turn off you SE infomation?
