I try to set it to
rpm http://grid-deployment.web.cern.ch/grid-deployment/gis apt/LCG-2_4_0/en/i386 lcg_sl3
and each time I run install_node it overwrites it with
rpm http://grid-deployment.web.cern.ch/grid-deployment/gis apt/LCG-2_3_1/en/i386 lcg_sl3
I changed sl.list to point to 30x/i386 instead of 303/i386, so it's now
doing this upgrade, but it also already rewrote lcg.list in the same way
