Hi,
In your site-info.def you probably set the BDII_REGIONS variable (which
defines which nodes publish information through you site BDII) to
something like that:
BDII_REGIONS="CE SE RB"
instead for example of
BDII_REGIONS="CE SE"
if we assume that you site has 1 CE and 1 SE and no RB or MyProxy..

Well, you could fix site-info.def and re-run configure_CE_torque, or to
avoid this you could remove by hand from
/opt/lcg/var/bdii/lcg-bdii-update.conf any entries that shouldn't be
there :-)
