lcg-info-dynamic-condor is the dynamic plug-in for the Generic
Information Provider (GIP), /opt/lcg/libexec/lcg-info-wrapper
When the GIP is run, it runs the plug-in to get dynamic information. It
will then use these values to replace values from the static information
file when printing.
If the output of the dynamic values differs between running the plug-in
and running the GIP, the is a problem with this replacing.
