In a fresh Scientific Linux installation, what is the best way to clean
the preinstalled ibm-java or ibm-j2sdk? with the rpm or the apt utils?
Here
http://grid-deployment.web.cern.ch/grid-deployment/documentation/LCG2-Manual-Install/
the text talks about to "follow instructions provided by SUN" (rpm -iv
j2sdk-1_4_2_<version>-linux-i586.rpm etc etc) for the installation. To
uninstall ALL the java packages???*
*Thank you very much.
