Thanks a lot for your reply, It helped me to find out what was missing.
Apparently there are two globus installations on my system and the
GLOBUS_LOCATION was pointing to the wrong one.
Now I have another problem. (Sorry for bothering you, but I am new to the
lcg business, I am just building a lcg cluster and there are no other LCG
experts in this part of US, so I do ot have any support).
I try to initialize the remote proxy on proxy server:
myproxy-init -s lcg-proxy.usatlas.bnl.gov -d -n
Your identity: /DC=org/DC=doegrids/OU=People/CN=Tomasz Wlodek 309648
Enter GRID pass phrase for this identity:
Creating proxy ................................. Done
Proxy Verify OK
Your proxy is valid until: Thu Jul 21 12:17:26 2005
Unable to connect to lcg-proxy.usatlas.bnl.gov:7512
I suspect that some daemon should be running on the proxy server
lcg-proxy.usatlas.bnl.gov. (Or maybe firewals are blocking connection, but
I doubt it since I disabled firewals and as long as I do not comunicate
with external world this should not matter).
Do you know what daemon should run on the proxy server? Or maybe you have
some other idea about why I cannot contact it?
