I really don't understand how you can arrive in this situation.
Install your os/
the apt-get update
apt-get upgrade
to upgrade and apply all latest security update.
Then install j2sdk (the latest one).
Then install yaim and install meta pkg.
You can't have a problem if your apt db stay consistent.
