Hi Emanouil,
This script has one common version that runs on CEs, SEs and RBs. On
CEs running Torque/PBS, it calls /opt/edg/sbin/getusers.pbs.pl, which in
turn calls qstat, in order to find out which users have jobs running on
the system... Since it doesn't check or 'know' on what type of
node it is actually running, it tries to do the same on SEs and RBs too,
hence the 'Cannot execute qstat' error messages...
