Amongst other things, R-GMA is being used to monitor the FTS traffic
from CERN to the Teir1 sites and also the Job Status from the production
RBs. Both of these services are critical and sites that run these
critical services will get complaints. R-GMA was a critical test and
will soon be a critical test as again. Usually critical test failures
generate tickets which the ROCs should handle, so I am surprised that
you are not being hassled by your ROC manager if no-one else.
