Hi Sajjad,
do not do that, because it may give you other problems later!
The real cause of the error is a misconfiguration of the DNS you are
using on your UI (check /etc/resolv.conf): it does not have the reverse
IP address mapping for your RB. You must have the DNS fixed instead
of putting a hack in /etc/hosts. Your UI must be using a different
DNS than the one serving the rest of the world, because from outside
your domain it all works fine. Now, is your UI running an "nscd" or
"named" itself? In particular the "nscd" has had a history of nasty
surprises...
