So, what is the output of 'globusrun -a -r ce-lcg.sdg.ac.cn'? Have you
checked that your user and host certificates are valid? It can be checked
by examination of output of the command
$ openssl x509 -in <certifile> -noout -text
where <certfile> should be changed to your user certificate
(e.g. ~/.globus/usercert.pem) and to your CE host certificate
(/etc/grid-security/hostcert.pem). If you can not understand the output
you can publish it here, it will not harm you and your host in any way.
