The reason is that my globus-gridftp was running.
Thanks to Jean-Philippe. He pointed it out.
I stopped my globus-gridftp and re-started dpm-gsiftp.
Now dpm-gsiftp is working properly.

Yes, it's the problem.
I noticed this uid/gid problem. But I forgot to change the uid/gid of
/etc/grid-security/dpmmgr.
After I fixed it, I could write files to my disk server already.

This problem was solved after I changed uid/gid for
/etc/grid-security/dpmmgr.
