Do you have that lib on your node? Probably not, as there was an error in
the list of dependencies that only got fixed after the release. Get it here:

No! You are _not_ supposed to run any initialisation!
That is the job of YAIM!
Do not use any Grid3/OSG methods on an LCG installation.
