Hold on: RB is not needed on every site, VOMS server is not needed, even
a SE does not have to be at every site, and likewise, a CE does not have
to be at a site which is only a storage facility. And so on.

P.S. Jobs don't need an OS, not explicitly, or rather, not only: jobs
need a proper environment. For example, my job needs Java RE - so I
don't care whether it lands on MS Windows or Solaris, as soon as these
sites advertise that they have, say, JRE-1.4.2. If I say "I need SLC3"
but forget to ask for RTE, the job is more likely to crash than other
way around, when asking for RTE and not specifying the OS. Are you aware
that ATLAS jobs only require ATLAS-x.y.z (and an outbound connectivity,
unfortnately), and run on all possible Linuxes and architectures? On the
Grids, that *do not* collapse?
