The rgma client tests work by publishing data using each api. A query is
then done to see if data from all four apis can be retrieved. It was on
the retrieval of the data from the c api that there was a problem. This
can happen if the system is running slowly. So no, I don't think it is a
problem with your site. We will release a patch with a longer timeout.
