Have you looked at the config_lcas and config_lcmaps scripts in YAIM?
The configuration for edg-gridftpd is in this rpm:
lcg-lcas-lcmaps-1.0.0-1
The globus-gridftp script also contains a few LCAS-LCMAPS settings.
