The hostname will come from /var/spool/pbs/server_name on the server.
Since the whole torque system is internal it makes sense to have
internal names in that file.

On the WN it does really make any difference what this file contains, it
is only used if you do a qsub or qstat on that host. However the
/var/spool/pbs/mom_priv/config must be correct but I can't quite think
what it should contain.
