There may be some data which were not recorded in Catalog, thus they can
not be deleted from Grid. On our SE, they took about 7% of total space.
I had to find out and deleted them by hand. But anyway, you will scratch
your SE, so it doesn't matter.
Besides, it would be good if LCG tools failed to register data in
catalog, it should delete the copied data from SE.
