I can see there possibly are reasons for wanting GridFTP on the CE but
this is not one. Suppose the GridFTP server is down, how do you turn it
off.
There is unadvertised magic coming along where VOs get to modify things
with ldif files at their own BDII. This enables them to remove atlas
support from your queues at their level.
