Where do you send the referral letter? In a sealed envelope "to whom it may
concern" via the RMC or do they notify you where / when the patient is
going?

on template and then BMS offers choice options when booking appt with

Is anything like a referral letter sent ie containing the clinical
information - or is it an on-screen template? If so, where is it sent to and
what are the confidentiality issues? Is there any referral management or is
