Dr Gillian Braunold, joint clinical lead for GPs at the National Programme
for IT, said:
"GPs want to enable choice and there is plenty of scope for positive
engagement. I'm optimistic that the profession will respond positively to
the choice and access agenda using both IT and other means to make it
happen."
Would you, or anyone else, like to comment further Gillian on _how_ GPs can
be persuaded to take up CAB?

Is anything like a referral letter sent ie containing the clinical
information - or is it an on-screen template? If so, where is it sent to and
what are the confidentiality issues? Is there any referral management or is
it just administration?
