Which, considered in any state from stone cold sober to pissed as a
newt, really is an incomprehensible way to behave. I agree with the
statement. I just cannot get my head around what possible motivations
there could be for such behaviour. But since we observe the behaviour
and I don't believe in solipsism, there has to be motivation for it. Is
there some kind of institutional insanity here?
