Amongst the remaining former GM dioramas currently in the Wandsworth
Low Level storage area is one of the Avon Gorge at Bristol (as
attached jpgs). These models are historic in their own way, being
more or less contemporary with the building of the GM, and in Art
Deco wooden cases.
Simon Tillyard and I have been helping to find homes for some of the
other models, but I don't have any contacts for museums in Bristol to
help with this one.
If anyone has email addresses for museums or particular people in the
Bristol area (or anywhere else for that matter) with a likely
interest in this model (no charge), please can they pass this message
on to them direct, with the attached jpgs, as soon as possible.
Time is short because as most of you probably know, the Low Level
must be cleared in the next week or so, and the models will then be
broken up. Whoever wants the model must collect it for themselves.
They should contact Colin Farmiloe as soon as possible.

Interested parties and related enquiries should be addressed to Colin
(not me please!)
