Dear Teresa
I really don't see how the libraries isolated in the first link even mention
the fact that they have been affected - this reminds me of a recent Online
French session at Olympia, in which we were promised the latest French
developments in blogs and wikis, only to be palmed off with misinformation
(the etymology of blog was given as "log" for "dialogue" !) and a re-hash of
what the Americans were doing - blogs for the French riots were not even
mentioned (and, according to the media, were pivotal). It's all very well to
quote Goddard, how about French libraries grabbing the nettle of reality
outside their door ?
