Hi,
yes - depending on your hardware and data this can happen. Is bedpost still running, though (i.e. does the process show up when you type ps -a)?
Cheers-
Andreas

Betreff: [FSL] Bedpost Processing
Dear all,
I am running bedpost on my pre-processed mouse brain DTI, and I am wondering
if it is still processing properly, or if there is maybe a problem:
in the command line window from which I run fsl, it says slice 41 processed
(there are actually quite more slices in the stack), and this line has been
posted already several times. The slice 40 in the .bedpost/diff_slices
directory has already been saved 11 hours before.
If anyone has made the same experience, please let me know.
Thanks in advance,
Torsten
