Hi - the featquery call looks valid; it seems that either something is
wrong with the
/space/elvin/1/users/hires_hippo/FSL/HRFN04/analysis/boldenc01.feat/stats/pe2
image or the
/space/elvin/1/users/hires_hippo/FSL/HRFN04/analysis/boldenc01.feat/example_func
.hdr
image. Could you run avwinfo and avwstats++ <im> -r -R on each of these.
Also, you could edit $FSLDIR/bin/featquery and after the
catch { exec sh -c "${FSLDIR}/bin/avwstats++ ....
line insert
puts "$thevals"
and see what output it gives.
