Hi - I'm a little confused - if your main structural is only 23 slices, it
seems unlikely to be a "better" structural overall than the initial?
Normally the initial is either a lower-quality structural than the main,
or a whole volume that includes the FMRI data as a subset of the same
slices at itself. Having said that - the registration should still
complete correctly regardless. If you're still having problems, feel free
to upload the data to our upload website and we can have a look.
Cheers, Steve.
