Hi, sorry that html did not look right....
I am trying to get a good output from FEAT. So I ran the original 4D data
through BET and then through FLIRT using the more accurate but slower
settings. In comparing the Motion Correction reports from the two FEATs I
get very different numbers.
1: BET (4D), then FLIRT low res to high res to standard, the FEAT
translations around .6 to -1 mm
2: Just FEAT on the original 4D with the same high res
translations around 1 to -1.5 mm
The motion has similar spikes but the magnitude of movement is less.
I suppose this is a good thing, but I am wondering if it is valid and where
it came from. Should I bother with BET and FLIRT separately or just let
FEAT handle everything?
Thanks, Justin
