Thanks very much. I was using FSL 3.1 and didn't have the option. I since
upgraded to FSL 3.2b. I will turn off this if I need those standard space
images for additional analysis. That will save a lot of time if the only
additional steps involved are concatenating the cope and varcope images,
and generating background images, masks, and tdof images etc.
