Hi,
We normally see this warning when an image is all
zeros (i.e. blank). The problem is that you've
created a blank image by specifying 89 as the
reference number. This number, like most in fsl,
is a number from 0 to N-1. So to select the
last volume you want to use 88, not 89. If you
look at the data with fslview then you will see
that the time index (or volume number) is 88 for
the last volume, not 89.
So try it again with 88 and see if that works.
