Dear Anusha,
This does sound unexpected. Can you please paste the contents of
probrack.log for each analysis into an email and send it?
Also please run avstats with the -V option on the ouptput of your two
masks symmetric analyses and send the output e.g.,
avwstats fdt_paths -V
