Hi,
There has been a recent message by Doug Greve with a reference to their website http://www.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/~greve/fbirn/b0 which contains instructions and a script (thanks again, Doug!). Mark Jenkinson is working on slight improvements, so watch this place. Also be careful about your slice orientation, phase and blip encoding (Doug's script was primarily written for axial, A>>P encoded slices but it is easy to adapt to anything you want.)
Cheers-
Andreas

Betreff: [FSL] Unwarping with Prelude/Fugue and Siemens GRE-fieldmap data
Hello,
Does anyone have a 'cookbook' recipe for using Siemens GRE fieldmap files and apply it to unwarp EPI sequences with Prelude/Fugue?
Thanks,
Alexandre Coimbra
