Hi Steve,
I finally got the latest OS X package, copied fsl directory to
/usr/local/fsl, and started two fslview's, one from command line and one by
double-clicking the brainy apple (both: about fslview-> version 2.3.5).
-both show L-R-marked the same way
-I did a Feat analysis on Linux, copied the feat directory to my mac and
opened example_func on the two fslview's: left and right orientation is
different.
-zstat orientation is the same
My conclusion: fslview started from the command line seems to open some
figures (example_func, not zstat) with wrong left-right orientation.
Is this a bug or something strange with my system?
