Hi Tim,
Thanks for all your help. The dtifit worked.
I ran bedpost. It seemed like it ran okay.
Except none of the merged files were there
(ie merged_thsamples, etc). I did notice there
was an avwmerge core dump as well as a make_dyadic_vectors
core dump. Is this because I am running out of memory?
I have 1Gig of RAM.
I did run avwmerge to merge the slices together
manually. I have 55 slices in my data set. It gave
me a core dump also. When I reduced it to 48 slices,
avwmerge ran successfully. Is this also due to a memory
issue? Or is it cause by something else. Thanks.
BTW, the artifact you saw in this patient. Yes, he did
have a metal implant. It was because he still had a hole
in his skull. At least that's what the techologists told
me.
Regards,
Jon
