Hi,
If you use avscale --allparams then it will give you my
decomposition of rotation angles and translations. However,
not that such decompositions are not unique, and that they
may not be comparable with other programs and conventions.
These are the same conventions used by mcflirt for generating
FEAT reports though.
And the shear is not in the rotation and translation matrix
(that only contains rotations and translations!) - avscale
reports the shear as the skew values (shear and skew are
used interchangeably).
All the best,
Mark
